The kind of work you will do here

Most of our files are property and banking matters: title searches and due diligence, agreements and registration, SARFAESI and DRT proceedings, and recovery suits. Alongside these run consumer cases, motor accident claims, cheque bounce complaints, family matters and a steady flow of drafting for businesses and NRI clients.

Juniors here draft, read title documents, attend registrations and go to court with a senior, and take ownership of their own files once they know the ground.

What we look for

We care more about how you write and how carefully you read a document than about where you studied. A clean, short legal notice tells us more than a long CV.

• For advocates: enrolment with a State Bar Council and readiness to attend courts and registration offices across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
• For law students: real interest in property, banking or civil law.
• For everyone: punctuality, honest reporting of what you have and have not done on a file, and discretion with client information.

Internships for law students

We take a few interns at a time. Interns sit in on client meetings, prepare research notes, and help with title search reports and drafting. Apply through the same form below; you can skip the Sanad field.
